Nye Consulting Group is a woman-owned, small business offering clients flexible and scalable marketing, sales, and product management consulting and contracting services critical to an organization's success in today's dynamic environment.
Nye Consulting was formed more than a decade ago in response to the increased demand for flexible access to experienced and skilled consultants and contractors. New product launches, fast growth, temporary employee leaves, skill gaps, and expedited timelines are just a few of the reasons organizations initially turn to us. Our ability to consistently deliver on-target, high-quality work, though, is why they continue to re-engage.
As the demand for flexible access to resources has increased, so has the need to create a positive work-life balance — especially for those balancing work and life demands. For exmaple, according to a recent FlexJobs study, 43 percent of women quit their jobs when they have children,, yet 65 percent of stay-at-home moms both need and want to work.
